A Look Back and Moving Forward

Happy New Year! We’ve been celebrating a fun year of growth for Maintenance Connection in 2010, and we are looking forward to what’s in store for 2011. As you may remember, we started off 2010 on board the MCRV touring the country training Maintenance Connection users on how to better utilize their CMMS tools. This was a huge success as over 300 customers took advantage of this unique approach to learn and connect with other users – we hope you enjoyed it! Stay tuned for more information about our CheckPoint User Training Seminar scheduled for late April 2011 in Las Vegas.

As a company, we committed to “raising the bar” in 2010, and that we did. Several great new members of our various teams were added, processes were improved, our company image was overhauled, and our datacenter was completely revamped with brand new hardware increasing performance tremendously. All of these lead to a more well run, more efficient machine to support our customers for the long haul, We’re very thankful to the hundreds of new customers who chose Maintenance Connection as their CMMS in 2010, and we look forward to a long term partnership as we move forward.

Our Version 5.0 is right around the corner with many exciting features that you’ve been waiting for. Expect more email communication in the next several weeks for information on how and when to upgrade. Our developers will then continue reviewing your product suggestions, and plan for a 6.0 product version around the turn of next year.

The MC Blog will be highlighting the Version 5.0 release notes over the next few weeks. We are excited to continue building solid partnerships with our customers throughout the next year, and we’ll continue to commit to the highest level of service excellence!
