Help Us Help You – 1 of 3

Maintenance Connection is proud of its commitment to providing timely, thorough and efficient solutions to your issues. Consistent with this philosophy, we have recently changed the title of our support representatives to “Solution Engineer”, reflecting our commitment to engineer the best solution to any issues you bring to our attention!

This blog series will highlight our available support services and identify the ways that you can “help us help you.” In this first blog in the series, we will review the best methods to reach us and the additional services and resources available to you. Other Support Tools

In addition to our support staff, several other tools are at your disposal. The CSP (Customer Service Portal) has extensive tutorials and troubleshooting guides available for your use. In addition, the User Guide and Reporter Guide, accessible from the Help Menu, provide online search capabilities for reference information on system features and capabilities. You can even collaborate with other MC Users using the Q&A Forum in the MC Community.

Stay tuned for valuable enhancements to the CSP and MC Community in 2012 that will include more knowledgebase resources and incident/account management tools. Keep in mind that we are always looking for ways to “exceed your expectations.” We welcome any and all feedback to “help us help you”!
