Inside MC – Tyler Zabor

Tyler Zabor is one of the newest additions to our sales team. He joined Maintenance Connection in May of 2013 and now enjoys spending his days working as an Enterprise Account Coordinator where he interacts with prospects to ensure they are a good fit for Maintenance Connection software, schedules demonstrations, and collaborates with our Account Managers about next steps. He also works with current customers who are looking to expand their use of Maintenance Connection by adding licenses and integrating additional modules.

Tyler enjoys the unpredictable nature of his role in that he never knows what to expect when he interacts with potential customer. One minute he may be speaking with a manufacturing engineer, in the next a facilities manager at a University, and then the next, a maintenance supervisor for a hospital. This allows him to get a glimpse into many different industries, geographic areas, and personalities. Tyler feels fortunate to be part of an organization that makes a difference in the lives of others and places an emphasis on giving back in various ways as part of MC Gives Back.

Tyler is a Colorado native and loves everything that the state has to offer. He and his girlfriend, Cassie, can be found skiing the slopes of Breckenridge in the winter. Their favorite summer activities are teeing off on the green at The Ridge and fishing at Tyler’s grandfather’s property. He is also local beer aficionado and can frequently be found visiting one of the many craft breweries around the Front Range, sipping his personal favorite, New Belgium. He is also a die-hard Denver sports fan and roots on his beloved teams the Broncos and the Avalanche.

There is rarely a dull moment in Tyler’s life. When he’s not working for Maintenance Connection or enjoying one of his favorite hobbies, he can be found on a school campus. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree at Denver Seminary in leadership as well as coaching high school lacrosse at Valor Christian High School. The lacrosse team at Valor is lucky to have Tyler leading them as he’s a bit of a local legend in the sport. In his earlier collegiate days, he was a two time national champion and team captain for the Colorado State University Men’s Lacrosse team. While there, he led the team to compete in the MCLA (Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association) and was fortunate to have the opportunity to represent the sport and play all over the United States and Canada. Last but not least, Tyler also frequently volunteers at church where he has also held various leadership roles over the past few years.
