Successful Summer Staff Retreat

Last week the entire Maintenance Connection organization met in the Colorado Rockies for a summer retreat called 2014 Connections. It was a time of both reflection and planning. We took a look at what the company has accomplished over the course of the last year in terms of growth and the positive impact we’ve made on the community. We saw a glimpse of what lies ahead from product development and senior management. We also worked collaboratively to strategize ways that we can work more effectively within our individual company departments and across departments to make us more efficient.

For those of you who know our staff, you know we also had a lot of fun during our time together. We take pride in the fact that we never want to be “all work and no play” at Maintenance Connection. In our efforts to uphold our Core Values to Make a Positive Impact on Those Around Us and Incorporate a Healthy Work-Life Balance we incorporated some team building activities into our agenda like an “Amazing Race” that took us onto the streets of a quaint Colorado community to complete tasks that were heartwarming, laugh inducing, and smile-worthy.  We also had some “after hours” fun that included MC Bingo and pop culture trivia games.

Here are just a few pictures from the week. Enjoy!
