Checkpoint 2014

We hope you saw our “Save the Date”  earlier this month for Maintenance Connection’s annual user training conference – Checkpoint 2014, taking place October 13 – 16. We’re excited about our new location in Orlando, FL at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort. Anyone who has survived some freezing winter temps this season will surely appreciate some warm Florida sun this year.

In addition to taking advantage of all new class structures and educational components at this year’s event, fun times will be had by all at the “extra curricular” activities we have in store! Check out some footage from last year’s Checkpoint in Las Vegas to see for yourself what a good time your fellow users had.

Mark your calendars now for October 13 – 16, 2014. Registration will be available in April. Check in at www.maintenanceconnection.com/checkpoint for the more information.

Event Registration will be $1,450. Take advantage of early bird pricing and save $100 per attendee.

For any additional questions, please email checkpoint@maintenanceconnection.com.

Customer Awards @ Checkpoint

Hundreds of customers joined us last week for our annual Checkpoint user training conference at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. It was a two-day event packed with training and several fun customer appreciation events, including the MC Grand Prix go-cart racing event held at Pole Position Raceway. If you missed the event this year, be sure to mark your calendar for next year!

At Checkpoint this year, we also presented the 2011 Customer of the Year and User of the Year awards. The awards are nominated by Maintenance Connection staff, and awarded to the customer organization and individual that most effectively, thoroughly, and accurately utilizes features and tools within the CMMS software.

The Customer of the Year demonstrates forward thinking and coordination to successfully implement Maintenance Connection as an organization. The Customer of the Year must have been using Maintenance Connection for at least six months, and has actively rolled out the software for the fully intended use. Congratulations to Young Life Ministries as the recipient of the 2011 Customer of the Year award.

The User of the Year demonstrates strong leadership in driving the success of CMMS implementation at their company, and has a solid understanding of the Maintenance Connection system. He or she understands and drives the vision for rolling out Maintenance Connection, and is actively pursuing new levels of integration with the software into the organization’s business. Congratulations to Steve Hutchings from CH2MHill / OMI as the 2011 User of the Year.
